Registration Fees

Access

Registration fees include participation in all public sessions/events, including the opening and closing ceremonies and access to the exhibition area (within the maximum building/room capacities and in compliance with relevant security measures) unless specified otherwise for a specific category. Fees will not cover airport transfers, local transportation, meals, accommodation or personal tours.

For Physical Participants: Registration fees include participation in all public sessions/events, including the opening and closing ceremonies, excursion and access to the exhibition area (within the maximum building/room capacities and in compliance with relevant security measures). Fees will not cover airport transfers, local transportation, meals, accommodation or personal tours.

For Virtual Participants: Registration fees will include most of the sessions virtually such as all public sessions/events, including the opening and closing ceremonies.

Category Definition

IUCN Members and Staff: All participants who are IUCN Secretariat staff, staff of IUCN Member organisations, IUCN Commission members or staff of IUCN National or Regional Committees.

General: Any participant who is not affiliated to IUCN.

Youth & Young Professionals: Any participant born after 22 May 1992. Participants registering as youth may be required to prove their age with an ID onsite. Accompanying persons: registration that must be linked to a full Congress registration and which will only give restricted access to the following parts: Opening ceremony, opening reception, closing ceremony, exhibition, social events in the evening (after 6:30 pm).

Accompanying persons: Registration must be linked to a full Congress registration and will provide only restricted access to the following parts: Opening ceremony, opening reception, closing ceremony, exhibition and excursions.

Payment of Registration Fees

All currencies accepted for payment. If you wish to take advantage of discounted early bird or standard registration fees, your payment needs to be received within 15 days after the deadline. Beyond this date, your fee will be increased to the then applicable fee.
